In this course, your service staff team members will learn how to handle their assigned tasks and guests requests on both staff facing app and the OKKAMI CMS dashboard.

Pre-Check-in

This course is primarily focused on the guest's and staff’s pre-check-in flow and how the pre-check-in can help accommodate your guests for a faster and smoother check-in experience.

Managing Stores and Outlets

This course is meant for the content editor for the property. We will focus on how to update the Dining, Spa, Leisure, and other sections within the app. Ideally, this is meant for the managers of each guest-facing department to attend.
